Shipping Issues
Shipping issues should be documented quickly. Ask the customer to keep all packaging until Booda Bike confirms the next step.
If the shipment is delayed
Section titled “If the shipment is delayed”Check the tracking link first. If tracking has not updated for longer than expected, contact Booda Bike with the order number and tracking link.
If the box is damaged
Section titled “If the box is damaged”Before unpacking, take photos of:
- every damaged side of the box
- shipping labels
- dents, holes, water damage, or crushed corners
- the bike or item as it appears inside the box
Keep the box and packing materials until the case is resolved.
If an item is missing
Section titled “If an item is missing”Check all packaging, small boxes, protective wraps, and accessory bags before reporting a missing item. Some parts may be packed separately inside the main box.
If the item is still missing, contact Booda Bike with the order number and a list of what arrived.
If the bike looks damaged
Section titled “If the bike looks damaged”Do not ride the bike if damage may affect braking, steering, wheels, frame, fork, drivetrain, or electrical parts. Take photos and contact Booda Bike before assembly or use.
What to send support
Section titled “What to send support”Include the order number, tracking link, photos, a short description of the issue, and whether the packaging is still available.
