Size Guide

Finding the right frame size is essential for a comfortable and responsive ride. Here is what you need to know to choose the right size for your Booda Bike.

On every bike’s product page you will find a geometry table and size diagrams for S, M and L. Choose your frame size from your height:

  • Frame size S: height 155–170 cm
  • Frame size M: height 170–185 cm
  • Frame size L: height 185–200 cm

Our bikes are designed with a shorter wheelbase for agile, precise handling.

If your height falls on the boundary between two sizes:

  • Choose the smaller size for a sportier, more aggressive position and nimble handling.
  • Choose the larger size for a slightly more upright, comfortable overall feel.

The geometry diagrams show the standover height: how comfortably you can stand over the top tube when you stop with both feet on the ground.

Because our models have a road-bike-inspired geometry, the top tube sits higher than on a traditional trekking or city bike. It is normal if the top tube lightly touches your crotch when you stand over the bike.

If you have longer arms or prefer a more stretched-out riding position, you can choose a longer stem. You can order an additional stem from us and swap it at home to fine-tune your reach. Contact us and we will tell you which stem lengths are available for your bike.

Please contact us before you order if:

  • you are between two sizes and the advice above does not settle it
  • you need a specific accessory setup
  • you want to carry a child or tow a trailer (see Mounting a child seat and Bike trailers)
  • you have a medical or comfort concern
  • you are unsure which model suits your riding

I am between two sizes. Which one should I choose?

Choose the smaller size for a sportier, more agile position, or the larger size for a slightly more upright, comfortable feel. If you are still unsure, contact us before ordering; a fit question is much easier to settle before delivery than after.

Is it normal that the top tube touches me when I stand over the bike?

Yes. Our bikes have a road-bike-inspired geometry, so the top tube sits higher than on a trekking or city bike. A light touch when you stand over the bike with both feet on the ground is normal.
