1. Conclusion of Contract
In plain languagePutting something in the basket is not yet a contract. The sale is agreed when we confirm your order, not when the shop shows the item.
The display of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. Goods can be ordered using the shopping cart. You can place a selected item in your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. By clicking the cart icon in the top right corner, you can view the items in your cart, change their quantities, and remove them.
When you have finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout.” You may place your order as a guest, but during the ordering process you also have the option to register an account or log in to an existing one. Before finalizing your order, you can review the checkout page to check for any incorrect information and correct it if necessary. Finally, click the “Order” button to submit your order for the items in your cart.
Once we receive your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation; however, this does not constitute our acceptance of the contract. The order is deemed accepted once we send you an email confirmation — for card payments, together with the final invoice. For bank transfer payments, the final invoice issued after the transfer made based on the payment request is considered the accepted order.
