10. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In plain languageIf we cannot settle a dispute between us, you can take it to a conciliation body near where you live, free of charge.
The binding text
If any issue arises in connection with your online purchase that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may submit a complaint to the conciliation body competent for your place of residence or stay. In Hungary, the Budapest Conciliation Board is authorized to handle cross-border disputes:
