Fitting the cable end cap in a GRX lever

On Booda bikes with Shimano GRX levers and a Gebla Rohbox, the shift cables start in the GRX levers. This guide shows where the cable enters the lever and how to fit the plastic cable end cap correctly.

  1. Gently fold back the rubber hood, without stretching it.

  2. Thread the cable through the marked hole.

  3. Turn the lever around and slide the plastic cable end onto the threaded cable.

  4. Insert the cable with its cable end into the position shown in the picture.

  5. Finally, gently fold the rubber hood back into place.
