GRX cable end cap insert

This guide demonstrates where to insert the cable into the Shimano GRX shift lever and how to correctly install the plastic cable protection cap.

  1. Gently fold back the rubber cover without stretching it.

  1. Thread the cable through the marked hole.

  1. Turn the lever around and slide the plastic cable end onto the threaded cable.

  1. Insert the cable fitted with the cable end into the position shown in the picture.

+As a last step, fold back the rubber cover gently.
